Ordering

Thank you for your interest in using my services. This page gives you the details you need to place an order, including where to send it, how to pay, and how long it takes. We look forward to being of of use to you.

Retouching / restoration

Contact us first. This is so that we can assess whether the work can be done adequately, and also to judge how much the repair will cost. Either you can post the photo to us with your reqirements, including a stamped addressed evelope in case the job is in our view not feasible. Or you can scan the photo and email it to us so we can make a judgement that way. If you choose to post it to us and we are unable to take your request we will return your photo.

Other services

If you are interested in one of our other services, simply write down your requirements on paper and post it to us: with your original photo and your cheque.

Payment

Orders are strictly payable in advance, and by cheque made payable to Barbara Lyddiatt. We regret that we cannot process credit card transactions. Please do not send cash.

Speed of Service

Once we receive your order, we will normally start work on it within a day or so. However, as a rule of thumb, though the turnout may be much faster, allow about 28 days.
